A: Most projects are finished within 3 days, excluding Sat / Sun, depending on the number of images involved and your editor's schedule.
Q: Can my project be completed sooner?
A: Yes, projects can be completed in less than 24 hours, including Sat / Sun, with the Priority Service Add-on.
Q: Will editors work on sensitive or post mortem photos?
A: Only submit sensitive and post mortem photos to Val Rodgers.
Q: Is there a cost?
A: Yes. If you love the completed work, please submit payment to your editor promptly following your review of the images.
Q: Why can't I post to the Facebook group?
A: Submitting projects to the group is turned off on the weekends and on most major holidays.
Q: What if I decide I want a refund?
A: Uranus Photo Editing will refund payments on behalf of its editors.
