b. "The User" would be person(s) involved in the process of using the Facebook group Uranus Photo Editing or this website.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
All contracts and transactions between The Admin and The User whether made orally or in writing are subject to these terms and conditions which shall be deemed to be incorporated into any contract between The Admin and The User.

The content and images used on this website are the property of and copyright by Val Rodgers, dba Uranus Photo Editing. Certain images may be utilized on other websites under the control of The Admin and/or Uranus Photo Editing. No images or content may be copied, duplicated or otherwise taken from the website without express written permission from Uranus Photo Editing and/or the creator of the content.
Payment Terms:
a. Payments made by The User for all services provided by a Featured Editor are made to that independent individual, not to Uranus Photo Editing.
b. Prices negotiated or listed by Featured Editors may be subject to changes.
Services:
Services are negotiated and agreed upon by The User and the Featured Editor they choose. Featured Editors are independent businesses featuring their work and are not employees or contractors for The Admin.
Permission to Modify:
The Client guarantees ownership, permission, and authorization to modify each photo they transmit.
Conduct:
The Admin reserves the right to terminate group membership of any member or Featured Editor at their discretion.
Content Posts:
Featured Editors may make posts showcasing their work after approval by The Admin.

a. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
b. The Admin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
